Trademark Application (Filing Service)

Paid intake to start a federal trademark application -- JJTP prepares and files with the USPTO. The total price always has two separate, clearly disclosed parts: the USPTO's own government filing fee ($350 per International Class, under USPTO's fee schedule effective January 18, 2025) and a flat $750 JJTP Law filing-service fee charged once per application -- these are itemized separately below and again at checkout, so it's clear what goes to the government and what goes to JJTP. Note: USPTO may add a $200/class surcharge if your goods/services description needs custom drafting outside their standard identification list, or a $100/class surcharge if required filing information is incomplete at submission -- we'll flag either of these to you before filing if they look like they may apply.
